this is the thing that gets asked the most, and I just have to say I’m honestly a bit sick of people asking when are we going to have the Daleks we aren’t period, especially with their copyright so unless you want to go negotiate with the Terry Nation estate and cough up the millions needed … More the Dalek issue
it has been said that what we are doing is illegal as it is a copyright issue, at our site we take BBC’s copyright seriously and I would like to assure everyone that we have sought legal advice, and since we are a not for profit volunteer community group and aren’t using the Daleks or other monsters from the TV series … More copyright issues
